1. Account Management:

·   How do I create an account on masheedgate?
Getting started with us is easy.
    1) Click on our Sign-Up page.
    2) Fill in the required fields - we'll need your email address and  desired password Click ‘Create Account’ That’s it!
You're now part of the masheedgate family

·   What if I forgot my account password?
Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

·   Where can I add delivery addresses?
If you haven’t added an address:

1)      Click on the 'Address' tab under ‘My Account’.

2)      Click ‘Add New Address’ You will see an address form where you’ll be able to enter your First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, City, Area, and Address Label. This address will be selected as the default address.

3)      To add multiple addresses, click on ‘Add New Address.

2. Shipping and Returns:

·   What is the return Policy?
You can return the product within seven days from the date of purchase in the event that the product is not used, with the exception of products manufactured at your request, or if a defect appears in the product due to the purchaser's poor possession, or if the price of the product may change during the period in which the contract may be terminated.

·   When & how can I cancel my order?
You may contact our friendly customer service team and they'll assist you in the best possible way.

·   What do I do if I didn’t receive my order?
Kindly contact our customer service crew and provide them with your order number, they will trace the item and update you.

3. Payments:

·   What are the payment options?
  1) Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, and MasterCard).

Cash on Delivery. 

·   How does cash on delivery works?
The amount specified during checkout is the exact amount that you will have to pay. Considering the price of the product, as well as shipping and carrier charge If you are requested to pay more than the mentioned amount, please get in touch with our customer service crew on 920011534.

·   Do you have product categories? Where can I find them?
You can view all our product categories by clicking on the ‘All categories’ drop down on the top left corner of the page.

·   Can I search for brands in a category?
Yes. On the left of your page, you will see search product All available brands and product you’re looking for will be listed there.

·   How do I search for an item?
Simply typed the name of the product that you're looking for in the search bar. The search bar can be found on the top of your page.

·   I have an issue with a delivered product. What should I do?
Please make sure to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may contact our friendly customer service team and they'll assist you in the best possible way.

5. Promotions and Discounts:

·   I have promotion code how do I use it?
On the cart’ page, you will find an option to add your promotion code, enter your code and click on 'Apply'.
