Product Usage:
• DON-FILL putty is designed for interior applications to fill joints between gypsum boards
When used with a suitable mesh or adhesive paper.
• It is used to cover corners, edges, cleat locations, and small openings.
• It can be used as a smooth layer to cover entire gypsum boards.
Tips:
- Use the mixed material within 1 hour.
- It should be stored in a dry, shaded place below 35ºC.
- Allow the installed tiles to remain undisturbed for at least 48 hours.
- It is recommended to use protective gloves and goggles during application.
- The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, oil, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc.
- Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Remove the hardened material using mechanical means.
- Wet all surfaces (except gypsum board) with clean water before the application. The surface should appear damp with no water pooling.
